Meeting Minutes Jul 15

Dear odam friends,
As planned, we had a meet at gandhi mandapam. Meet was good and we need to make it as a habit. As usual we trustees had the meet. It would be better if more trust members invovled in this activity so that we can get some more valuable inputs from you all and make the odam more fruitfull.

Minutes:
1.Letter pad with 50 sheets will be ready before the next meet .Prabhu will take care of this as informed.
2.Billbook should be ready atleast before next meet.we request Karthik should accelarate the activity.
3.Information regarding braille books should be collected by panju and sarala.
4.A Requistion letter is needed to be formated and taken as hardcopy to store the details of the beneficiaries.I (lakshman) will take care of this.
5.Thanks to sarala for providing stationaries for our trust

7.Next meet will be on August 15 th 2007. I hope atleast this time some more trust member can participate in the discussion.
8.Account opening needs to be accelarated by me.
9.Auditor needed to be consulted on IT return submissions by me.
