Meeting Minutes Sep 16

September month meeting happened successfully @ Gandhi Mandapam 10:30 AM to 12.30 PM

Meeting Minutes:
1. Fund amount for medical aid chennai kid[10000] and coimbatore kid [7500] were dropped out. The amount has been credited back to the trust fund.
2.LakshmanaRaja has to close the bank account issue at the earliest either by re-registering the trust or as per the suggestion of the auditor.
3.Prabhu has to contact the DGS Orchestra , who does program and help the needy with the amount they are earning in their program.
4.Planned to visit the Thenampakkam village near Marakanam on Oct 2nd to find out and collect data about their needs and how to help them.
5.Need to collect info about under developed schools near Thirvarur,Tanjore and sort out what can be done through ODAM [Venkatesan,Vimal,Saravana]
6.Need to gather info, how to participate in Project Green Hands of ISHA foundation. [Sarala]

Following finalised versions needs to be shared across the group:
1. Letter Pad [Saravana]
2. Requistion Letter [Prabhu]
3. Completion Form from beneficiary [Prabhu]
4. Receipts for donors outside from ODAM [Karthik]
